All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on The Kliko platform are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for digital product purchases.

This policy applies to all digital products sold through The Kliko platform, including e-books, courses, software, digital art, music, videos, and other downloadable content.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense because:

  • Once downloaded, the content cannot be un-downloaded
  • Digital products can be easily copied and shared
  • There's no way to verify if the content has been used or accessed
  • Instant delivery makes it impossible to prevent access after purchase
  • Processing fees are non-refundable by payment processors

Before completing any purchase, please carefully review the product description, requirements, and any preview content to ensure the digital product meets your needs.

We encourage you to:

  • Read the complete product description
  • Check system requirements and compatibility
  • Review any available previews or samples
  • Contact the creator if you have questions
  • Ensure your device meets the technical requirements

Exceptions for Defective Products

In rare cases where a digital product is genuinely defective or doesn't function as described, we may consider a refund or replacement. This applies only when:

  • The product is completely non-functional or corrupted
  • The product differs significantly from its description
  • Technical issues prevent access to the content
  • The creator fails to deliver the promised content

Important: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and must include evidence of the defect.

Processing Refund Requests

If you believe your purchase qualifies for an exception, please:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and purchase details
  3. Describe the specific issue with the product
  4. Include screenshots or evidence of the problem
  5. Allow 3-5 business days for review

Contact us through our contact page with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]".

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all purchased content
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Legal action if the dispute is fraudulent

We strongly encourage resolving any issues through our support channels first.

Creator Responsibility

Creators on our platform are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate product descriptions
  • Delivering functional, high-quality content
  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly
  • Providing adequate technical support
  • Following platform guidelines and policies

We reserve the right to take action against creators who consistently provide defective products or poor customer service.

Payment Processor Policies

All transactions are processed through Razorpay. Their terms and conditions regarding refunds and chargebacks also apply. Please review Razorpay's Terms of Service for additional information.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
